FROM SMALL TO LARGE – SOLUTIONS THAT … JUST WORK

The size is independent to the function of the device. We work out a design that is suitable for the application on the basis of the functional specifications of the customer. The concept design is dependent on the process conditions: pressure, temperature and the oxidizing or reducing properties of the process. We extensively consider the way in which the vessel is used, how the process media are added, treated and discharged. We also focus on how the device can be fitted into the installation of the customer.

In the conceptual design phase various preliminary calculations may be performed, such as strength calculations (due to pressure and temperature ), heat transfer calculations, flow calculations and analyses with respect to the long-term behaviour of the used materials.

After approval of the concept design the final design drawings and the accompanying calculations are made, which (if necessary) are submitted to an independent third party (Lloyds / DNV) for approval. After approval of this final design we can start the manufacturing process.

Delivery is accompanied by an inspection of the product in the factory of EWAC Industrial. With each delivery a comprehensive Manufacturing Report is included.
